Fix this game already!!!! Same garbage bs as last year with the exact same answer. Can hardly play hut cuz it crashes every 1-3 games or sometimes first game of day. If this isn’t going to be resolved I want a refund cuz it’s unreal this is still an ongoing issue. I have tried everything suggested multiple times don’t make a difference.

Xbox series X. Game freezes then crashes every 2-3 games. Usually always in 3rd period with minute left. Cup chase, moments, ranked, hut moments, all game modes. Sometimes won’t even get thru 1 full game and it crashes. Same old as NHL 24 and NHL 25. Xbox is totally cleaned out and well ventilated area does not get hot. Have uninstalled and reinstalled game multiple time, have no external hard drive plugged in, cache has been cleared multiple times I have done every possible suggestion. Makes no difference figure it out ea
My NHL as of like June has randomly just been crashing my whole system and it’s really on ea games I’ve noticed it on but I’ve done everything I can to try and fix this glitch but I just can not fix it, if anyone has any advice or help lemme know please.

It's the mechanics of the game same issue for past NHL games too. EA likes to blame the players console, Internet etc. it's been a known issue for years. I've tried every trick/solution nothing has fixed it. You can see many others having same issue and showing proof along with countless YouTubers. It's beyond frustrating a game launches with this big of an issue. Until EA actually admits there's an issue and provides a patch to fix you'll constantly have the crashing issues unfortunately. I'm moved the game from internal storage to Xboxs own external hard drive neither made a difference, I've uninstalled and reinstalled still same issue
Yeah I’ve literally done everything like theirs no way this is a system issue because I can play like every single other game without crashing

Back to back games just crashed after full reset of Xbox this is unbelievable how am I supposed to complete challenges with this garbage game literally crashing every time I get them done?!? What’s the answer here
