Controller issue

I went online this morning to play HUT…. I’m winning 4-1 and suddenly with in the third period about two minutes and my screen flashed “who is using this  controller “

The game is still going on, but I cannot get out of the screen, I can’t do anything, I have no access to the players in the game is still going on, and I eventually get booted from the game and lose!!!

Is this a bug or is this a PlayStation issue?
