The fact that multiple people have reported this for years and your solution is clean out your Xbox or buy a new one? Kinda crazy…
like myself and others have said, this is the only game that crashes. It’s definitely not on our end.
Surely there’s something you can do to compensate for this problem. I’ve been a customer for years, the point of playing is to complete games and collect rewards and you can’t do that if it crashes every 3-5 games.

While there are multiple people reporting it, it's also a very small amount of reports. Unfortunately, without being able to reproduce this, we can't do anything about it.
