Crashing to dashboard on Xbox in NHL 26

Community ManagerHey, everyone. I'll get this reported. If it's like the previous years though, we have never been able to reproduce this. In the instances it was resolved, one person used a fan to provide extra cooling and the other purchased a new console. My best advice, until we can find what is causing this, is to open your console and clear out any dust/debris. I did this on my own day one Series X recently and it made a huge difference.
In no way am I saying this is the reason for the crashes. It's always possible this is game related. Unfortunately, with so few reports and no way to reproduce it, we haven't found what is causing this.
