Legit question. Why is it that you guys have a game that crashes on certain people’s hard drives so you say…. And other companies don’t?

It does feel like you’re not really accepting responsibility and telling people that they need to clean their Xbox, or download it on an external hard drive, or BUY A NEW XBOX??

I believe that you can’t recreate the issue and that you can’t figure out how to fix it but we both know this is an issue with your game specifically. Everyone is saying your game is the only one that crashes. I play other games that are way harder on the system with bigger download sizes and they all play perfectly fine. You have us jumping through hoops when you know you guys are the common denominator.

Just own that your game is severely flawed.
