Idk… what’s considered “pretty old”? I bought my series X when they came out… but I think that’s irrelevant because like I said.
Every other game I’ve ever played on it works completely fine. You’re just deflecting at this point.

That's an almost 5 year old console. I assume you've used it quite a bit.
There's no deflecting here. There are very few reports of this and we just have not been able to reproduce it yet. We can't fix it if we can't make it happen. Everything so far points to either a hard drive issue or overheating. Do you have an expansion card you can move the game to?
