Crashing to dashboard on Xbox in NHL 26

I bought a new console (XBX) 3 days ago and was excited to get back to playing NHL. However, both NHL 25 and NHL 26 keep crashing. I can’t play a single match — in NHL 25 I only managed to get through half a game, while NHL 26 constantly crashes about 2 minutes after launching, even if I don’t touch the menu.

    Hi, it crashes to the Xbox dashboard. I have reinstalled the game, reset the entire Xbox, and the console is in a well-ventilated area — I’ve done everything I could on my side, and nothing has helped.
