Crashing to dashboard on Xbox in NHL 26

I uninstalled. It's happened hundreds of times. I won't have a timestamp. I have given up on trying to play unfortunately. I am as well not going through the trouble after the amount of time invested in trying to figure this out after EA just telling me that it's a problem with my console and hardware.

Decided to try again. I disabled VRR on my console and turned off Freesync on my monitor. I was able to complete two full games on CHEL and then the problem continued to persist.
Times:
10/15 @ 7:59 P.M Pst - HUT
10/15 @ 8:46 P.M Pst - CHEL
10/17 @ 2:15 P.M Pst - BaP
10/17 @ 2:28 P.M Pst - BaP
There were several more in between a few of the documented crashes. I just stopped writing it down.
As a note, this is happening on BF6. This also used to never happen to me on Apex, the only EA game I could run... now it happens on Apex.
I am curious as to what monitor everyone is using. I have three other friends that have Xbox X's. Their consoles were purchased in 2025, 2024, and 2020. Mine was purchased in 2021. I am the only one with a gigabyte monitor and am having the issue. None of the other three have this problem.
