Crashing to dashboard on Xbox in NHL 26

I’ve been dealing with this crash for about 4 - 5 games (NHL 22 -26). I thought it might be fixed finally this year, but no. I’ve seen other reports on this and no solutions. Every 3-5 games (playi...

More crashes to report:

10/20 @ 5:50 P.M Pst - CHEL

10/20 @ 5:51 P.M Pst - CHEL, this was the first time it's crashed when in the CHEL dashboard not in a game

10/20 @ 6:40 P.M Pst - CHEL

10/20 @ 6:48 P.M Pst - CHEL

10/20 @ 6:57 P.M Pst - CHEL

10/20 @ 7:24 P.M Pst - CHEL

10/20 @ 7:47 P.M Pst - CHEL

I have found with VRR off on my monitor I can complete one to two games only in CHEL before the game crashes again. With VRR on it is fairly quick to crash. However, I can have VRR on with any other game that is not under EA. Again, same problem in NHL 25 so I did not by NHL 26 and only ran the trial. In the beta I had the same problem for NHL 26. That said my trial is now expired and I am not paying for NHL 26. Hopefully this gets fixed across the board for EA games. I am tapped out fully on trying to figure out what is causing the issue.

Thank you. I've relayed this to the team doing the investigation.

Is NHL 25/26 on the Frostbite engine?
