Crashing

Crashes occur regularly during gameplay in 16 team playoffs with two local players. Play now does not crash with same two local players on x/s console purchased in 2022. Single local player in play now does not crash. The crash causes the console to just turn off. Both controllers are current both are wireless. Console is up to date. Tried alternative controllers crashes persist. Tried console power cycle before every game and power cycle with router reboot before every game to no avail. Tried clearing files to no avail. Console is well ventilated. One suspect I have is changing sliders and overwriting the settings within the playoffs before gameplay but it’s only a suspicion. However changing sliders in play now does not cause crashing.

A very frustrating and disappointing problem that started in 24 and continues in 25. NHL26 is a great game but the crashing makes it unplayable.

What should we do EA?
