Hello EA Support,
I’m reaching out because I’m beyond frustrated with an ongoing issue while playing NHL 26 on PS5. Almost every time I play, I get kicked from games due to a message saying I’ve been disconnected from the EA Network.
The problem is, this is the only network I have issues with. My internet connection is stable, my PlayStation Network works perfectly, and I have no disconnect problems with any other online games. This issue is specific to EA servers, and it’s making the game borderline unplayable.
I’ve spent good money on this game and expect to be able to play full online matches without constant disconnects—especially when the fault clearly isn’t on my end. At this point, I’m losing progress, wasting time, and getting penalized for something I have no control over.

I’d like a real explanation of what’s causing this and, more importantly, a fix. This has been happening consistently and needs to be addressed. Please don’t respond with generic troubleshooting steps unless you can clearly explain how this is not an EA Network issue.
I’m asking for this problem to be taken seriously and resolved as soon as possible.
