Don’t have an option to open ea connect anywhere

I’m on Xbox and I can’t open ea connect I don’t have an option even, I googled what button in the controller and nothing happens, I’m so sick of these games never working I bought it so I could play ...

Hey there. It's the 'View' button. The small one to the left of the Guide button. You can also see this mentioned in the lower right of any screen in WoC.
