Hi there. Thanks for reaching out about this. Please try deleting all your lineups. Not the players, just the lineups. Then, try completing the set again. Let me know if that helps or not.

No luck. you have to leave 1 line up but i got rid of them all, restarted and still same issue.

Do you see them if you go to your connection and hit Y/Triangle to manually search for them?

  No they are not there but several EA people on the chat have said that they can see them on my account.

    Can you get a video of this? It's pretty strange for sure since those items are on your account. It would be good to see what is happening.
