Failed to retrieve data... ERROR CODE: 9D529E1FE2CCB328 Only in World of CHEL

I'm getting this freaking error every time I try to play any game of any kind within the WOC. It started out when I was going back into ProAm to play and now I'm getting the error no matter what kind...

so i powered down, waited, restarted, and it looks like that fixed my issue.

ahahahaha, of course, i backed out of a lobby, tried to go back into a drop-in and i got the error again!

arrgggg.
