Failed to retrieve data... ERROR CODE: 9D529E1FE2CCB328 Only in World of CHEL

I'm getting this freaking error every time I try to play any game of any kind within the WOC. It started out when I was going back into ProAm to play and now I'm getting the error no matter what kind...

this is happening to me, today may 21.

every time i try to go into WOC 6v6 games, i get this error.

Hello! Yeah, that's frustrating for sure. Let's start with the basics. Please power cycle your equipment with these steps:

Unplug your modem/router for 2 minutes
Hard restart your console by holding down the power button until it turns off
Power it all up and try playing again

If that doesn't help, let me know what console you're on and we'll dig in to this more. Thanks!

it's possible there's a Playstation issue going on currently? i'm not able to connect to EA servers, check MLB The Show, same issues, so i think it might be PSN? or it's all on my end.

I was able to connect to a game or two, but then got completely booted from network connection. I'll keep checking back and trying, we'll get there!

  update: i'm finding teammates in drop-in. not sure why i'm getting error coded or if this was PSN issue, but it seems to be working now? persistence pays off! thanks for your help EA_Aljo !
