Forced to quit HUT Cup Chase due to players not moving

Leading my Cup Chase game at the 2nd intermission and it will not progress to the 3rd period. It sat just showing the goalie on the ice for 20 minutes. I had to force quit the game in order to exit the game. I tried pausing the game, going i to instant replay, changing strategies, quick swap goalie, nothing could force it to move.into the 3rd period. Now I will be taking a loss on this and missing out on my undefeated Cup Chase objectives. Thanks EA for nothing as im sure nothing will be done about this.

    I have been playing this game and everytime i get to the cupchase finals I glitch out and lose the games

    Hello. When is the crash happening? Is it during an intermission? What happens when the game crashes?

    Ever notice that issues constantly occur at the worst times? Like when you are in a best of three elimination game? Or when you complete a bunch of objectives in one game? I sure have. And then, weirdly enough, the next game I play has a very different difficulty level even when on the same skill level. Sure seems to me like EA doesn't want us being rewarded quickly. God, what I would do to get some consistency out of the programming of this game. No bueno EA. 👎

    It is during intermission.  All it does is stay frozen.  And it's always in the cup final.  I left it sit for 15 minutes the other day.  It's been 5 times now.  I just think of all the good cards I would have gotten.  Is there a way for EA to give me those championship cards

    This is an issue we're aware of. Unfortunately, I don't have an update on its resolution.
