Game configuration failed

I'm not aware of any issues with the PSN. Please try power cycling your equipment with these steps:

1. Unplug your modem/router for 2 minutes
2. Hard restart your console by holding down the power button until it turns off
3. Power it all up and try playing again

just wanted to note: having these issues again this evening, may 27 6:45pm wasn't having issues earlier today. having issues now. could be PSN issues again?

edit: i'm catching some lobbies, making it into games. i'll hold off on posting about this unless it's drastic!

Apologies, late to see this.  My issues did coincide with the PSN issue and it seemed a number of multiplayer games were effected.  I haven't seen it happen last couple nights but only ran a couple drop ins.

Are you both still frequently getting this error? I have seen it happen when people drop out of the lobby. When that happens, my club will all dashboard and start NHL over again. That normally takes care ofit.

This has been happening to me (PS5) for about three days now.  I haven’t been able to play. Uninstalled and reinstalled game.  

After this stopping us from being able to play last night, we were fine all afternoon. Now tonight it's been happening again. We managed to get one game in but had 3 kick us just prior. 

zero issues thus far today!

same happening to me. probably getting errors/kicked out/frozen in 85% of lobbies i'm in today.

not sure if it's EA or PSN. either way, they're not having a great day today.

also getting kicked out of probably 85% of Lobbies that i make it into.

on PSN. been this way all day.
