Game keeps crashing

NHL 26 keeps crashing to dashboard. I’m playing on an Xbox series X. It will crash randomly no matter what I’m doing. It can crash within 5 minutes of playing or 2 hours, very random. No other games I play do this.

Ugh finally decided to buy this edition on the large discount, depsite my annoyance with Franchise mode being untouched this year. BAP improvements were nice, but stil lacking, so I went back to Franchise mode. Annoying that at least once every couple days the game will crash randomly, extremely annoying. One of them was during my Stanley Cup final game, and I was winning. Why is this not fixed after all this time and how have they not been able to replicate this issue? It is very frustrating.
