Gameplay sliders not saving/loading in game

Hi,

This is unfortunately a classic bug in the game but the games gameplay sliders presets (customizing the gameplay, skating etc) do not save when you click on play next game (in be a pro). It gives you the 3 options of game length but it was previously fixed in the past year by adding custom to then be able to load your custom gameplay sliders.

The only way to have the gameplay sliders loaded into the game is to simply the game and Jump in mid game.

Now I have to redo all the settings before eveygrame…

Can we please have this fixed asap as it’s a real pain in the **bleep**!

    Hey all,

I see alot of people saying that they can't figure out how to get your custom sliders to stop reverting back to the default. The steps below worked for me!

    • Launch Be A Pro
    • Head to the game settings and adjust the sliders how you want in the Gameplay Sliders
    • Go the accessibility tab within Game Settings
      • Go over to Controller Accessibility
      • Under Gameplay Presets you should be "create preset". If you're on Xbox its by clicking down on the right thumbstick.
      • Name your Presets
    • Now go play your next game. You're still going to see "quick, medium, real-time". Just hit medium and continue.
      • Before you hit Start Game go down to Game Settings
      • On the accessibility tab go to Controller Accessibility
      • You should see your preset at the bottom. Click over to change the Gameplay Preset to NHL 26 and click back on your saved preset.
    • This should "reload" the sliders. It's kind of crazy that you have to go through all that, but it works for me.

You have to repeat the last step before every game unfortunately, but it's been working for me so far. Hope this helps!

I’ve changed sliders in the main settings, as well as the Be A Pro settings, but when you enter a game and check, the sliders are set at default values. Game also keeps asking me how long I want the periods to be before EVERY game (none of which are time limits I want) requiring me to have to manually set a period length in Be A Pro settings before EVERY single game.

Very frustrating and time consuming to have to change sliders and period length before EVERY SINGLE Be A Pro game.

So go to the accessibility section (controller), and create a new preset. Name it whatever. Set up your options and sliders. Go back to controller accessibility, right stick to save it.

When you go into a new game, pick whatever time option. When you get to the point you can start the game, go to settings(very bottom option) > accessibility, it will be on your saved preset. Change it to another preset, like just hit right on d pad. Then go back to your saved preset, and all options and sliders you changed and saved will apply to this upcoming game.

Dumb you have to do this every time, but a few button presses is better than having to go in and individually change sliders every single game.

Yes, but generally once you did this one time it stuck. This year you have to do it before every game, for now.
