Update. My friend is experiencing the same issue 

Can’t seem to put 88 captains cards I made into 90 trade in sets 

Issue: Cannot add Roman Josi OVR 86 captain card to the Tomas Hertl Set. Error message: "Error sending item to set"

Requirements:

• Tomas Hertl Set requires two OVR 86 captain cards

Additional Information:

• Same error occurs with other Season 2 captain sets
• Possible cause: Sets may be configured to require Season 3 OVR 86 captain cards, which don't exist
• Roman Josi captain card is not account-bound

Expected Behavior: Season 1 OVR 86 captain cards should be accepted for Season 2 sets

Actual Behavior: System rejects valid Season 1 captain cards with error message

Hello. Is this still happening? We were having some issues with sets yesterday, but that should be resolved now.

Yes still happening. Can’t add the fifth 86 icon card to my 89 overall icons set

Is it in a lineup or is it BND?

No I have a 87 and 86 in my collection they both are not able to be added not bnd

Can you get a video of this? Just put it up somewhere it can be streamed and respond with a link.
