This core issue is highly likely to be Server-Side Profile Desync on the back end. I have confirmed with EA help support that this issue cannot be solved by them and has to be solved by the in game team

nope. Even in ranked, if I win, i dont get credit for a win towards promotion, and none of the stats count either for objectives like score goals
