Items in "Transactions" sets were never returned to my inbox.

I had at least one untradable 87 Ryan McDonagh card in the Quinn Hughes set, maybe other smaller cards as well in the smaller sets to build 87's and none were returned to my inbox when the event/set...

This happened again with the Next Gen Sets that just expired, how do I open a support ticket, several fairly high value cards have not been returned to my account now, this needs to be addressed by EA. Support
