Lag.

Me and my Brother Have been experiencing possibly the worst lag we have had on any video game ever. I hop onto College Football online ZERO, I mean ZERO lag. My wifi is 1gb I get 10 ping, 500 download speed. On World Of Chel, I am playing on basically 5 FPS the game laggs out of it's mind. I have lost many games because of it. I can't remember what it felt like to play a game with no lag. Now I have a WIFI guy coming out tonight, If I get a new router and this game still lag's I'm expecting a full refund from EA. This is Ridicoulous.

Hello. As already mentioned, switching to a wire should make a big difference. Especially if your router is in a different room. Also, if you have other devices using bandwidth while you play, that can make a difference. For example, if there's another device streaming something, that can contribute to the lag.

Have you gone through any troubleshooting? There are some suggestions here.

I can guarantee you will have no lag if you plug in the ethernet cable. WIFI was never meant for gaming.
