Missing cards and beast mode collectibles

So last night I made 7 beast mode tokens to upgrade my cards and this morning they are all gone? What happened. I’m also looking for my first big pull of the year in my collection, an 85 ovr and I can’t find him either. I’m also looking for the beast mode Barkov I made, he disappeared as well. I don’t know what happened but there’s a lot of bugs and I washed my hole collection for these cards and collectibles.. that sucks so bad
