I am unsure, definitely had a couple wins before I got locked out. Doesn’t seem like you can view previous seasons like before this year? Is that someone your team can dig into?

Most likely, you didn't play enough games to get the rewards. We haven't had other reports of missing rewards so we're not aware of any issues that would cause this.
