Most Interesting Person Alive trophy unattainable

The trophy for “Most Interesting Person Alive” is not unlocking on Playstation. It currently sits at 0.0% of players earned. Xbox players seem to have no problem unlocking it. I’ve had both my Be a Pro and World of Chel player highlighted in an offplay highlight package in quite a few games. Since the first day of early access, up untill today AFTER the update. It’s clearly glitched. 
I have 2 questions regarding it. Will it be fixed at any point? My other question is, how come it hasn’t  been fixed yet? Was this trophy not tested at all before launch?
