No Rewards After Winning Cup Chase

I won Cup Chase on Superstar mode and went undefeated. It showed three packs on the screen I was supposed to receive, however they never appeared in the store. EA support said to post here and hopefully someone from game team can help.

Hello. Try exiting out of HUT and loading back into it. If the rewards still don't show up, send me a private message with your Xbox gamertag/PSN ID. Thanks!
