Not able to download Online Rosters

Has anyone had a problem with downloading rosters from roster sharing on PS5. Every time I click download roster and then set it as my active roster nothing changes and I’m stuck on latest EA roster. I’ve tried deleting the game and re-downloading it, changing to a LAN cable and wiping my entire downloaded content section on my PlayStation and nothing seems to work. Kind of waiting for this to work so I can start playing franchise. Would really like to know when this is going to be fixed because I only play franchise mode and until it’s fixed, I’m still not playing the game even though I pre-ordered it.
