On ice graphics bug

It has happened to me twice while playing hut once in ranked and once in cup chase. These black boxes are all over the ice and the whole screen is blurry off of a faceoff

Hello. Can you get me a video of this? Please put it up somewhere it can be streamed like YouTube or you can publish it from your console.

Also, if you have a different HDMI cable you can try, give that a shot and see if it helps. Thanks!
