Online Versus Games not counting.

Happens in all online game modes.... Been happening for multiple years....

Hello. Thanks for reaching out. It's possible there's a connection issue causing this. Do you have any lag or disconnects? Are you playing wired or wireless? Online Versus games don't take place on our servers. Either you or your opponent are hosting. So, if one of you has a bad connection, both will be affected.

No, none of these issues. My connection's always been fine. I'm connected through a cable and it never did that before. All of a sudden, since an update, no games are counted even though they're completed. Even when people either disconnect or quit, the game is usually accounted for, and it doesn't happen at all anymore. Like the games have never even taken place. 

Let's see if power cycling your equipment will help. Please try these steps:

1. Unplug your modem/router for 2 minutes
2. Hard restart your console by holding down the power button until it turns off
3. Power it all up and try playing again
