Online wins isnt recording

The ban wouldn't have let you play so as long as you can play, wins should be counting. Try power cycling your equipment with these steps:

• Unplug your modem/router for 2 minutes
• Hard restart your console by holding down the power button until it turns off
• Power it all up and try playing again

Yeah hard restarting worked. I took power cord off my ps5
