Online wins isnt recording
I cant get any progress to wins in ranked or wild card online. Hut cup chase is working and progressing. Has it something to do with 7 day ban which just ended today

Yeah hard restarting worked. I took power cord off my ps5

The ban wouldn't have let you play so as long as you can play, wins should be counting. Try power cycling your equipment with these steps:
- Unplug your modem/router for 2 minutes
- Hard restart your console by holding down the power button until it turns off
- Power it all up and try playing again
