Stuck on salary perks in be a pro

I somehow went over budget during the off season and now when the perks pop up, I have no way of moving on. I have one active perk that I cant cancel because it’s a year long. I literally can’t play the game or do anything. 

it won’t let me add a video for some reason, but no button I press allows me to leave the perks menu and continue playing. When I restart the game, same issue every time
