Missing Pre-Season Kaapo Kakko

I am so sick of all the glitched out bull you guys keep putting out... seriously give a poop about your customers or give up the monopoly on NHL.. Thanks

 

Now to the subject at hand. Doing sets in hut the get the 98 kaako card and I complete my set get the card then sent to the inbox and then I added it to my collection. I try putting him into the line up and poof nowhere to be seen. You know how much work I had to grind for the 95s that I had put into the set and now they were gone as well.. so I either need all 5 of those cards back so I can try again to get Kaako's 98 pre season card or just the Kaako 98 preseason card in my inventory please and thank you EA.. maybe just maybe you will change my heart with you, if you actually do ur job and get my missing content!!!
