WOC - Noticable Bugs

Hello,

Noticing that the vibrate function is SIGNIFICANTLY lesser, almost like it is not there at all.. this is tough to deal with as the game almost has no feel anymore.  This is the first time in all my years of playing that the vibration has been so weak and it is noticeable and it makes me not want to play .. 

Which console are you on?

The game chat overlay showing who is talking takes up a HUGE portion of the screen and it is extremely distracting - is there any way to make this more visually appropriate so it does not take up a huge portion of the screen?  

We're aware of this and investigating it.

Faceoffs - there seems to be a lack of the tutorial this year .. and yet the faceoffs are VERY different with a different referee animation - can you direct us to somewhere where we can be trained on the new faceoff animation?

Faceoffs haven't changed in many years. There are numerous tutorials available on YouTube.

I am on Xbox … brand new - uninstalled and reinstalled the app - toggled the vibe function on and off and troubleshot.

I have spoken to some PS users and they don’t notice a difference between 25/26 .. others that I have asked have also noticed the vibe is very minimal

I will say after toggling the vibrate off and back on I DO notice the vibrate but it’s BARELY a jiggle - not the strong vibrate from 25 (again, on Xbox)

We're aware of the Xbox vibration issue. I got that reported the other day and it's being looked into. We're all in agreement though that the vibration is too low.
