So I got the 10-hour game trial through EA Play and once the trial was over I planned on buying the deluxe edition. However I’m getting this error code, and have contacted both ea support and PlayStation support. Anybody know of any solutions????

@jadenbrennan8 @vAchillesReborn Can you both try going to NHL 25 in the PSN store in a web browser and see if you can purchase it there? Make sure you're logged into the PSN ID you intend to be playing with.

I have also had this issue! EA says it’s not on their end and to contact PlayStation, and PlayStation says it’s on EAs end and to contact them! To boot, I spent 150 dollars on points while playing the trial, and am now unable to use them because I get this error message. But of course, it will still let me purchase more points! Typical EA, I hope they’re able to help you out because this is quite literally being ripped off by EA and being told “too bad”

Says unavailable on the app and web browser due to "you can't buy this product for the following reasons: you already own the following products, which conflict with the product you're trying to buy. NHL 25 EA play Trial". Have tried restoring licenses, have uninstalled the game, PlayStation has revoked original license. Nothing works!

Have you tried purchasing the game from the PlayStation store through a web browser?

@EA_Aljo I'm having the same issue I've recently played the trail version of EA sports UFC 5 and I can no longer buy the full game because it thinks I already own it, my PSN is KLAFQRM

Try making the purchase from the web store at playstation.com instead.

Did you try to make the purchase from store.playstation.com? I just want to be sure because this has always worked for this situation.

Something is to try is restoring your licenses with the instructions here.

If that still doesn't work, check to make sure your PS5 is set as your primary console.

@EA_Aljo I have tried buying it online with that link still says unavailable because I have another version (the trial) and I have restored the license multiple times it doesn't fix it and my account is also active as primary.
