So I got the 10-hour game trial through EA Play and once the trial was over I planned on buying the deluxe edition. However I’m getting this error code, and have contacted both ea support and PlayStation support. Anybody know of any solutions????
"Says unavailable on the app and web browser due to "you can't buy this product for the following reasons: you already own the following products, which conflict with the product you're trying to buy. NHL 25 EA play Trial". Have tried restoring licenses, have uninstalled the game, PlayStation has revoked original license. Nothing works! " - have the same issue with UFC 5

Community ManagerHello. If you're getting this error after buying the game, delete it from your console and download the full game from the store and not through EA Play.
I have the exact same problem with NHL25 myself but I was able to buy the game before I actually noticed that it was giving me that error. My purchase was made on January 3 2025 if that matters.
Please let me know when it's fixed I really want to get the game while it's on sale

Community ManagerDid you try to make the purchase from store.playstation.com? I just want to be sure because this has always worked for this situation.
Something is to try is restoring your licenses with the instructions here.
If that still doesn't work, check to make sure your PS5 is set as your primary console.
@EA_Aljo It says I own a different version already even tho I only have the trail version not letting my buy the full gam
