Hi, I have noticed alot of other people online complaining about this. EA did an undate back in December which included 2nd period Snoop Dog interviews (which I gotta say is getting super old) The gameplay in HUT started getting really choppy from this update. Any online game is the same input lag. Goal replays became super slow motion and choppy. The actually gameplay developed some sort of inout lag, such as a delayed response in the game of about 1-2s. This wasnt happening before the update and has continued ever since. The replays have since been fixed, and overall slightly less choppy, but the input lag has still been an issue. I try to continue playing this game, I have been a fan since '94 but this is really disheartening and really diffult to enjoy. If I manage to score a goal, it feel like a mistake because it is so delayed, I cant comprehend what I did on the controller to actually make the play develop. It doesnt feel real because of the delay. Please fix this, I would like to continue playing this game.

@EA_AljoHi, Thank you for your response, i had hopes somthing might work but unfortunatly things are the same. I get intermittent responses where I cannot pass or shoot the puck, or somtimes it can delay a players turning. Its just a blip, split second response but its like the game lags or voids controller commands all together in that split second, and it happen often throught the game.I have tested my connection multiple times, everything seems to be really good.

@EA_Aljo You say the same thing to everyone dealing with this input lag. It’s ruins the game. We’ve all done the resets, ports etc and yet nothing helps. I have a wired connection and 950 dL and 150 upload and play only my same friend. He’s in AZ and I’m in NY and I always have the issues and he almost never does. Why does your company refuse to acknowledge this and give each person the same stock responses like your surprised to hear they are having a problem and it must be some error on their end? Even though multiple people have already confirmed all your suggestions don’t fix the issue. I would truly appreciate a response as a paying customer who doesn’t ever get to play clean games because your severs are a massive issue.

You can disable the guest commentary from the settings screen from the main menu.

For the lag you started facing recently, that could be due to a big increase in traffic in your area due to most everyone staying home these days. If you haven't power cycled in a while, that should be done with the following steps: with the following steps: unplug your modem, router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem and router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!

I have a couple of suggestions for you. First, try clearing the alternate MAC address with these steps:

Go to your Xbox One Settings (Just press Start, then click Settings)
Go to "Network", then "Advanced Network Settings"
Click on "Alternate MAC Address", and then click "Clear"

Also, try using alternate DNS servers with these instructions: From the Xbox One home screen, go to Settings > Network > Advanced settings > DNS settings > Manual. (If Settings doesn't appear on the home screen, select My Games & Apps, then Settings). From there, enter the Primary DNS as "208.67.222.222" and the Secondary DNS as "208.67.220.220". If that doesn't help, try using the google DNS servers which are: primary alt number 8.8.8.8 - secondary alt number 8.8.4.4

Let me know what happens.
