It has shut my game down 2 times, had to uninstall it both times to be able to play again. Now it will not even load the game.
I was in my second year in franchise, sim the first 2 periods of an AHL game, try to play the 3rd and the whole game shuts down. It would not let me back in until I reinstalled the game. This worked 1 time. Now it will not even load. I have done a complete system reboot, rest to default, clear local saves, been on the phone with both Microsoft and EA and neither have corrected this issue. All other Xbox games are working fine, NHL 21 is the only one with this issue.
