Hi there, @cwquinn94 

I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!

    @EA_AljoI am having exactly the same issue. Even unlinked EA account. Deleted game and then installed again. Reset ea pw too. Nothing helps. This must be a bug on EA side. This started two days ago suddenly.

    I tried playing FIFA22 online and it worked normally. 

    Please tell me what is the problem with NHL22 online gaming.

    I have deleted NHL22 user profile, roster and saved games on ps4 hdd and on psn cloud. Resetted router. 

    I think I cannot do more.

    EA should reset their servers/network gear!

  • I also am having this same issue. I reset my modem, router and PS4 but still can't connected. I just purchased this game and let the game fully install and update to the latest patch. I tried a different internet connect and hotspotted my phone, still didn't work. I used a cable to connect directly to my modem and still didn't work. I tested my internet connection and speed and both were good, I have Comcast Cable Internet. All other games work without an issue. I double checked to make sure my PS4 was fully updated to the latest software. The date and time were also checked and updated on the PS4. I then tried a friends PS4 and PS5 and had the same issue. I tried all self-support I could find. I signed out of all accounts and signed back in and it still won't work. I checked the server status and it was green and working according to your website. Please help. This issue must be on EA's end.

    @Paaki @twf108 

    Try this possible resolution - 

    1. Log into your EA Account at EA.com
    2. Go to Account Settings -> Security
    3. DISABLE "Login Verification" and save changes
    4. On your console, close NHL 23 and reboot the game
    5. Attempt to connect to the EA servers

  • Hey my nhl22 keeps unlinking from ea server if I leave it on pause for more than 5 minutes on be a pro and it won’t auto save and when that happens it just stays at on that page am I can’t do anything on the game I have to open my home page on xbox and restart the game I’ve lost a lot of progress a few times cause I couldn’t save it an I can’t go to settings or anything when it does this

    Hello, @Unidrip 

    It sounds like you have the digital version of NHL 22. That would require an online connection. So, if you have an issue with your connection, it could be disconnecting and ending your session. We should go through some troubleshooting. First, are you on a wired or wireless connection?
