Okay, look. I tried to buy the Sims 4 and long story short my card never went through for some odd reason. And I look at my Bank account transaction history and I see a charge, MULTIPLE charges in fact. the same kind of charges that @Bailey_Keyser had in 2016!!! And you can't pull that excuse that its someone else because I was using your origin to try and buy it! The short story is I never actually got the sims, and now I'm being charged the full price for a game I never actually received. I either need the Sims 4 to be downloaded or for my money to be refunded back to me.
Hey @Spidermage750 it's most likely a case that you are seeing pre-authorisation fees.
