Change email address
Hi,
I need to update the email address on my profile since I don't have access to it anymore.
I tried the cookie cutter solution provided in other threads like mine, but it doesn't work:
- You can contact our live support at help.ea.com.
- To speak with a chat adviser:
- Click on your product Origin
- Then select 'PC
- Manage my Account'
- Can't log in
- Finally, you can choose to begin a chat or request a call back.
When I do the above, I land on a page that doesn't exist (see attached for reference).
How can I talk to a representative and get this done? I've been going in circle for more than 30 minutes on EA's "help" pages. To say that I'm getting frustrated is an understatement.

Hey @Cheksa I followed these steps below and was able to create a case with our live support just there.
Click on your product Origin
Then select 'PC
Manage my Account'
Can't log in
Finally, you can choose to begin a chat or request a call back.
Can you try a different browser to see if you can create a case with out team?
