How do I see my CD keys for my Sims expansion packs?

I know how to see the game properties for my base games, but I can't figure out how to see it for my DLC. I recently started back playing The Sims 3, and realized that not all of my games are registe...

    @Simscapes  There's no way to see product keys for your Sims 3 packs from within Origin.  (The exception is if you try to install them in macOS, at which point Origin displays the key for you to enter into the installer.)  If you wanted, you could contact EA customer support and ask for the keys; a support rep should be able to provide them once you've verified that you're the owner of the account.

    I'm surprised though that the new packs aren't showing in your store account.  Normally they should be added when you buy a pack or register it in Origin.  Have you tried clearing your browser cache?  If that doesn't help, support should be able to remove and re-add the missing packs to your store account, although it seems like a lot of trouble to go through.

Thank you for replying. I’m gonna check and see if it has updated, and try clearing the cache. If that doesn’t work then I will contact support when I get home. Thanks again
