I changed my user as a joke now i cant change it back. ☹️ I honestly hate EA.
I'm currently in a love-hate kinda thing with them.
Their support is *, origin is a buggy mess, and they don't accept criticism.
At the same time, I'm a die hard fan of some of their games. Those being Need For Speed, The Sims, Simcity (i cried when i played the new one. it was trash), The Sims, and Spore.
The only reason I have origin is so I can play spore. ;(

I understand that it appears that we (EA) don't accept criticism since we're such a big company. I'm here to talk about what we're doing to make things better for you.
As a start, to make giving us feedback or criticism more straightforward, we started hosting the following threads on a weekly basis on both Origin Support and Community:

What does this mean for you as a player? Everything you say is read and reviewed and then forwarded to the correct teams. We're always trying to make things better, but I must add that we can't always action all feedback that we receive. It's however still appreciated that you and other players are taking the time to share your thoughts and suggestions.
In this situation, I will chase up to see if we can make improvements to the ID system. It's not easy update or fix though. So, if we're able to make improvements, then it wouldn't be short-term.

is it solved? i just typed some random keys and guess what? yeah! id is registered! i want to change it to bLuE_DrAgOn_6 .. tried with and without underscore. adding diffrent number. but aah.. ID is registered.
