No Planets In The Menu Screen ( Cannot play) please help

Question

Hello, I downloaded spore from the steam website and it was fun and great then things started to happen like whenever i made a creature or mechanic there is a white box with a red X showing no image of my work.

Also when i got to the space stage everything went down hill as i can't play the game no more There are NO PLANETS IN THE GALAXY To play on. also it freeze in like 10 seconds.

is that a bug or maybe it something else that messing it up?

Please do tell me cause i been wanting to play this game ever since.

If it could not be fix i understand but thank you for trying.

This can have many causes.

I meant to say every time i start the game there is no planets to play from meaning i can't &nbsp;play the game and my creature if there is no planet to play on.&nbsp;

Check if you have a Bad Data error

If there is no error, you should uninstall the game, use the CCleaner and install it again;
