Player unavailable on support site?
My case on the EA Help site has "player unavailable" on it despite the case having been updated AND a support advisor contacted in the past hour. I tried to research what this meant, and it doesn't sound good. Can anyone explain what this means and if I can do anything about it?
Update: if anyone else reading this didn't know like I did, do not close the live chat! Apparently "player unavailable" appears when you don't reply to an advisor, as it assumes you've abandoned the case or something? Even if my live chat was closed by an advisor...
