Problem Accessing Fifa Manager 2010

Dear EA, 

My problem relies in redeeming a code for a game that I have bought since the times of Origin as a predecessor to EA APP that I am now unable to use. The game is Fifa Manager 2010 and my unique code for was provided in the online support chat but however it was not resolved. Since I redeemed the code originally in 2009 on buying, I tried to play it again on EA App. The code was redeemed, game installed as a ZIP file over browser, but ultimately I get the message that the license limit was reached for the game. We were not able to resolve it through the game files and I was advised to make a forum entry to seek a solution (I know it is bizarre to try and ask for help for a game released 16 years ago). This is the problem that I faced (please refer to the attachment).
