Load Microsoft Visual C ++ Download and install it.

Afterwards install again setup, if this does not work. Install right-click the setup in compatibility mode
I downloaded the latest version but it still does not work

if that was nit successfull, so try if its working with a cleanboot.

If you have the same result with the cleanboot, so try whats happen if you add in Windows a new user with administrative rights.
1.DxDiag is complete but there are some Russian words
2.i install all but its useless
3.Nothing changed
