try whats happen when install follow bibliothecs : http://www.computerbase.de/downloads/systemtools/all-in-one-runtimes/
if that was nit successfull, so try if its working with a cleanboot.

If you have the same result with the cleanboot, so try whats happen if you add in Windows a new user with administrative rights.
1.DxDiag is complete but there are some Russian words
2.i install all but its useless
3.Nothing changed
before we try more steps, update all driver.
Most Driver are from 2014. Download this from the Homepage of Acer and install this.
If you have updated and you have still problems, so make a new dxdiag report.
On the website the latest version of the driver is the same as mine, so I could not get them to update
so look minimum of graphic driver of AMD.
If Acer have no newer one, try AMD-Homepage.
