"Runtime error (at -1:0) Cannot import FORCEDIRECTION" How to fix it?

I want to instal Spore, i click to "setup" and opening window with error. How to fix it?

On the website the latest version of the driver is the same as mine, so I could not get them to update

so look minimum of graphic driver of AMD.

If Acer have no newer one, try AMD-Homepage.
